It explains the rules that apply when you register, deposit, play and withdraw with us, and describes the relationship between you and our platform. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date. Protect your login information and do not share your password or account with others. We may require identity verification at any time to comply with anti-money laundering and security checks; until verification is completed certain functions such as withdrawals may be restricted. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or close accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, multiple accounts, chargebacks or other breaches of these terms.
Eligibility requirements
To use our services you must meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction and be legally permitted to gamble where you live. Only one account per person is permitted unless we consent otherwise. Acceptable platform use

Prohibited conduct includes use of automated betting software, abusive behaviour toward staff, attempts to manipulate games or promotions, and any activity intended to conceal the source of funds. If we detect prohibited activity we may take action up to and including confiscation of funds and account closure. We will notify you of any action and provide information on how to appeal where appropriate.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to specific terms shown with each offer. Eligibility, minimum deposits, wagering requirements and game contribution rates vary by promotion and are set out on the promotion page. Generally, only one welcome bonus per person or household is permitted, and maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active. Bonus abuse or prohibited strategies may result in voided bonuses and withheld winnings. Bonuses and free spins may expire if wagering conditions are not met within the stated period.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payment options, minimum and maximum amounts, processing times and any provider fees are described in the cashier. We may require ID, proof of address or proof of payment method before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals may be subject to security checks and limits, including weekly or monthly caps. In some cases large payouts may be processed in instalments in line with our cash-management procedures. You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from your play.
Dispute resolution

If a satisfactory outcome is not reached, we provide an internal review process and where available may refer matters to independent mediation. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a change you should stop using the site and close your account in accordance with the account closure process.
